Short synopsis:
The setting is placed in a dark void. From the dark void, the main character pops into existence with no explanation. The main character is a baby representing music. The baby is dressed in 2012 urban attire with a set of headphones that are connected to his head, transmitting sound waves through the baby’s ears. The conflict arrives when the baby is unable to visualize, at first, the unfamiliar sound of itself. This upsets the baby and causes him to cry. This is when a God like voice interrupts the baby’s crying and shouts “Listen!” He then stops his sniffling and the once unfamiliar sounds seem to formulate and the baby is amazed. The rhythmic beat begins to be a learning tool for the baby to grow upon. This makes him realize a greater sound that is yet to come.
Tone and Execution – The tone and Execution will be a spacey and mysterious yet urban graffiti type look. (Ex. ET-Katy Perry Music Video)
Objective – I want the baby to see pass the initial exterior of this presented sound and create an improved sound based off of the potential that it has. They say that you can listen to the first 15 seconds of a song and see how much it is worth. The goal is to break this saying and allow a longer realization for musical beauty.
